• Servicing Gas Fireplaces

We service and repair most brands of gas fireplaces. Being the authorised South Coast servicemen for Regency, Escea, Masport, Blaze, Nectre, Heatmaster and Real Flame, our technical knowledge is vast, providing efficient solutions for the repair and maintenance or your fireplace. Servicing is recommended every 12 to 24 months for the fireplace to function at an optimal level.

Service and maintenance inclusions

  • Test and check carbon monoxide emission levels.
  • Check gas measure and flow into gas valve using an advanced Manometer and adjust or repair to ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Inspect and clean glass doors and panels.
  • Inspect ceramic logs, or other base, for wear, damage or carbon build-up and perform a thorough cleaning.
  • Inspect base glass embers for carbon build-up, wear or damage.
  • Check and test gas pilot system assembly for any damage or carbon build-up.
  • Rotate or re-position ceramic log base.
  • Inspect and test firebox structure condition and integrity.
  • Inspect, clean and test electric switches, relay and other electric components as well as remote control connection and function.
  • Inspect firebox and surrounds, include minor touch up and repairs if required using appropriate materials.
